From Amazon, bestselling author Tim Wheatley comes his new book

THE FLIP JOURNAL

for Healing and Well-Being

Unlike other journals, The Flip Journal is scientifically designed through neuropsychology…

Designed to improve your health, by upgrading your journal writing in this way, you put some structure and organization to those conflicting and anxious feelings. Utilizing The Flip Journal will allow you to grow beyond your old upset emotional triggers. The separation of negative thought patterns from positive thought patterns has shown to assist with the reduction of the physical effects of negative, trauma-related suppression. The unconscious effect of the Meta-Beliefs, which control your thoughts, are lessoned through the use of this specific journal.

The Flip Journal was specifically designed with accessing the authentic and higher self and to separate the Ego or negative self.

The Flip Journal serves as a writing therapy to assist with trauma recovery, relationship challenges, grief, addiction and anxiety just to name a few.

What’s Inside the book?

On this “Light / Positive Side” of the flip journal begin by writing down your positive dreams and aspirations. Using gratitude suggestions may assist you in getting started. If a voice comes up to rationalize or justify why you either deserve or don’t deserve things, then that is the moment to flip the journal over to the “Dark / Negative Side”. The function isn’t to ignore that voice or the emotions attached. It also isn’t about trying to have the exact / right thing to put into words. The function is to examine who you believe you are and what you believe you deserve. The more journalling done, the freer the experience of emotions flowing onto the pages takes place.

The Flip Journal is designed to get to the emotions behind the situations that arise in life, gain clarity and understand why things happen the way they do. More importantly begin to understand why you do what you do.

More Information on the Book

The four fundamental parts of feeling triggered that are benefited by Flip Journaling are:

    1. Reaction Time – how quickly or slowly a person reacts to a triggering event.
    2. Response Degree – the extent to which a person stays upset.
    3. Reaction Duration – how quickly or slowly a person recovers from adversity.
    4. Emotional Chronometry – how a person’s emotional response decreases in intensity & duration when they are exposed to awareness of their personal core triggers.

The Flip Journal is designed to get to the emotions behind the situations that arise in life, gain clarity and understand why things happen the way they do. More importantly begin to understand why you do what you do.

How a person typically responds to emotional challenges may be more or less healthy depending on how strongly they react and how long their emotional response lingers. The Flip Journalling directly affects your emotional chronometry, how people experience emotions over a period of time.

During The Flip Journalling, we look into ourselves and when we really confront the various parts of ourselves, we make friends with ourselves.

This form of self reflection can lead to profound personal growth and transformation especially by observing  & reintegrating the distinct separation of parts of self. Reflection is what allows us to learn from our experiences; it is an assessment of where we have been and where we want to go next.

Identifying your individual response style and potential sources of upset may help improve overall well-being. For some people, better coping with negative events to shorten the negative emotional response might be the most appropriate target, whereas for others developing skills to better savour positive events to enhance and prolong positive emotional responses might be more impactful for health and well-being.
