– Art Therapy Vol 1
By ColourBox Creations

Tribal mandalas used in our ColourBox creation represents the nature of spirit and speaks of birth and rebirth in both the physical and spiritual realm. Our Tribal mandalas enhance the ability to see how life decisions and actions affect those around you. It also sharpens understanding of your connection to your ancestors. Tribal mandalas cross over various cultures, traditions, our spiritual awareness and understanding. As you colour these mandalas allow yourself to go over your birth and infancy, your youth and adolescence, your maturity in middle age, and your wisdom in old age. These Tribal mandalas symbolize strength, courage and vitality.

The process of colouring these mandalas is as effective in reducing anxiety, stress, combating depression, reducing pain, and lowering blood pressure as simply viewing your coloured displayed artwork. The intent of both stages is to centre the mind and body, which is why they are an ideal tool for meditation. These mandalas are designed to help you become free from your worries. Each time you colour our special designed templates focusing on the present moment becomes easier.
